Maximum Occupancy and Visitor Restrictions

• The maximum occupancy for this property is strictly limited to 10 guests at any time. This is a mandatory legal condition of our Scottish Short-Term Let Licence (**Licence No: AR02026F**).

• This limit applies to both overnight guests and daytime visitors.

• Guests are strictly prohibited from allowing additional visitors into the property without prior written permission from the owner.

• Exceeding this limit constitutes a serious breach of our licensing conditions and automatically invalidates our commercial property insurance. We reserve the immediate right to terminate the booking, refuse entry, or evict the entire party without a refund if this condition is violated.

  
  

Guest Registration Requirements

• In accordance with Scottish law, the lead guest agrees to provide the full names, addresses, and nationalities of all members of their party prior to arrival.

• Failure to provide this mandatory information will result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund, as we cannot legally permit unregistered guests to occupy the premises.

• Guests must keep the property and all furnishings in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the stay.

• To comply with the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Short-term Lets) Order 2022, we are legally required to collect and maintain a guest register.

• Information Collected: For every booking, we must record the full name, address, and nationality of all guests staying at the property.

• Data Retention: This information is collected solely to satisfy our statutory licensing obligations and will be securely retained for a minimum of 12 months from the date of departure, after which it will be securely destroyed. It will only be shared with local council authorities or Police Scotland if formally requested.

• General Data Protection: Any other personal data collected during the booking process (such as email addresses or phone numbers) will be processed securely and used exclusively for managing your stay and communication.
