Booking Information

  • Changeover day is typically Saturday during peak seasons.

  • Minimum stay is 7 nights in high season and 5 nights during all other seasons.

  • A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 3 months ahead of arrival.

  • Once deposits and balance payments are made they are not refundable unless we can find another group to book those dates, in which case we can offer a refund or alternative dates.

  • We recommend that guests take out holiday insurance in case you need to cancel for personal reasons or issues such as adverse weather or ferry disruptions.
