NB: Being an upside down house, we can discount the price for smaller groups outside of June, July & August. One couple can comfortably rent the upstairs accommodation as a "studio" type home or if there are more in the group then we can open up the additional bedrooms needed downstairs and price accordingly.

Changeover day is on a Saturday from June to August, however we can be flexible on changeover dates outside these months.
